Steve Lococo
– President, Portfolio Manager
Steve Lococo is the Founder, President, and Senior Portfolio Manager of Footprints Asset Management & Research, Inc. Steve founded FAMR in June of 2003 to deliver an Absolute Value philosophy to his clients. He became a registered representative in 1980 with First Mid America in Lincoln, Nebraska. He has been registered with various broker dealers for the last 36 years.
Zach Houston
– Portfolio Manager
Zach Houston joined FAMR in 2015 as a Research Analyst Intern. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Science and Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha, Zach became FAMR’s full time Research Analyst. In 2018, Zach obtained a dual Master degree from Creighton University, MBA and Master, Investment Management & Financial Analysis (MIMFA). Zach was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2020 and is currently FAMR’s portfolio manager for our A-B-C Model Portfolios.
Elisa Lococo
– Client Services Specialist
Elisa holds a BSBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. After working in consulting for several years, Elisa joined the FAMR team as their Client Services Specialist.
